Who we are
DutyDoctor is a UK private, online GP service, launched in February 2025. We offer low-cost fifteen-minute virtual consultations (via video or audio) with GMC-registered, NHS-experienced GPs to any adult over the age of eighteen, with same or next day appointments always available Monday to Friday.
DutyDoctor is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, with all doctors being Members of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP), regulated by the General Medical Council (GMC).

Healthcare shouldn't have to wait, and it should be available to everyone.
Frustrated by the difficulty getting through to GP surgeries, long waiting times, and the lack of immediate, high quality medical advice, our founder Dr Koyes Ahmed created this solution to make healthcare more responsive, easier to access, and more patient-focused.
Today, we're proud to serve patients across the UK with our innovative approach to online primary care. DutyDoctor is a doctor-founded and doctor-led organisation, and was acquired by the Claranova Group – owners of Care ADHD – in September 2025.
